This morning the ceiling in our guestroom developed a neat, foot-long split, and started dripping disgusting yellowish water onto the bed.

This evening the ceiling is beginning to slowly, softly, bullllgggge.

This is Women in Horror Month.

What I wouldn't give for a nice simple problem that could be solved with a stake through the heart.

I had my surgery this morning at nine o'clock. Was given a light sedative and a local. Woke up three or four times during the operation to chat with the student nurse. At eleven the doctor woke me to say everything had gone well, and sent me to recovery. Everyone was so nice to me it was kind of humbling ( Read more... )
